I would get my downline to focus on duplication by helping them move and work collectively as a group. One of the greatest things you can do is instill in them to do the right things that get results. Encourage them to work diligently and stay active each month which is more important than anything else. They will learn all about the business as they go along because our entire training system is set up and established for everyone to automatically become successful.All they would have to do is be willing to tie into the system, take action and simply follow instructions. This is the process that I would teach and when everyone in our group follows the same objective, we all become very successful in SFI. Most people are not willing to do this and will lose patience and interest because it seems so simple and flies right over their head,thus making it more complicated than it really is.

How important is it to log in your SFI account each day and work your Daily to Do List?
This one activity alone will set the pace for your success because it is the cornerstone for all SFI members getting started out in the right direction. We talk about Versapoints, which is the designed system that SFI put in place to make things work properly in the business so we have to kindly adjust to this if we want to be successful....point blank.This activity will first teach you discipline because you are learning how to score points, and it keeps you active as you learn, study and build your business.It's all about gaining as many pts as you can each month and you will soon discover this as you continue to move around on your Versapoint Ledgerboard every day.The 11/21 plan,as I call it and for those not aware yet, is the fun easy way to be on the highway to success in SFI. When you work your red tabs every day, you will gain 11pts.Then rate your sponsor and get an extra 10 pts. At the end of the month you will have scored at least 340 pts.Of course we all know that making EA status is where we should be at the end of each month with at least 1500 Versapoints, minimum.The 11/21 plan helps you work toward achieving that.
Most of us would love to have everyone in your downline maintain this one activity.It would eliminate all of the 0 Versapoint PSAs and CSAs in your group and everyone would be on your Active Team because they would be logging in and scoring points each month. The light bell would finally come on because a person will stay focused and work toward growing their business with large numbers of people , getting results and being on target. As Leaders, you want to work, encourage , and help everyone in your group do this and continue to move up in their Versapoint Activity each month and then develop future EAs and Team Leaders..
Developing a strong team of active PSAs and CSAs each month is the key to success in SFI and getting everyone to duplicate this process is the real answer that I think most people in SFI are searching and looking for. It all starts with you first.
