Perhaps they lack motivation. Certainly they can see your board if they want to, no? I mean you're out here snapping it up man. Look at your stuff - you got 12 ranking awards, You are a finalist in EA365,, and you're an avid James Brown fan,,, ooouch, you should feel good about your self.
Don't let others rent space in your head - you be the success and then show them the results. If they don't see your accomplishments then it is on them.
