It's fairly simple to tell your downline that by duplicating what you do they will be successful, clearly if you build a team, who work and invest in the program, and each of them does the same the team will continue to grow and grow, I defy anybody to say they cannot understand how that works. What you face most of the time is not a lack of understanding of the principal of duplication, I suspect it's more of an inability to duplicate.
I know that my up-line all have standing orders, and achieve BTL or more each month, I can't duplicate that yet, I would like to, but my team is not big enough and I have limited funds
I know that my down-line have the same issues as me, our teams are just not big enough yet, but I and I know some of them aspire to duplicate, how else would you hope to make any profit.
Duplication take time, you are by definition some way ahead of your downline, keep encouraging them, drop hints about duplication in your team messages and they will pick the idea up as soon as they are able
