First of all, if you are already a successful recruiter, share your personal experience with them. How duplication helped you to achieve more success easily and faster. Else try to explain them by giving an example of duplication.
I usually explain my downlines about the importance of duplication through the concept called 'Time Leveraging', as given below.

Everyone has got 24 hours a day. If I'm alone, there is a limitation on number of hours I can work every day. If I work for 2 hours a day, I can make only so much of income on my own efforts. But if I recruit 10 people in my team, each of them work for 2 hours a day, then I will get paid on 22 hours! Similarly, if those 10 people duplicate you and recruit 10 people each, then I will be get paid on 222 hours!!!

I just gave an example of 10 people. Imagine what will happen if I recruit 20 people and duplicate them???
One more important advantage of duplication is, you can recruit your 'Weaknesses'.
For example, if you are not so good working on the internet, recruit someone who is an expert working on internet.
If you are a shy person, recruit someone who is very bold and who can talk to anyone.
If you don't understand or speak a particular language, recruit someone who can understand the same. This will help you expand your business internationally!
