set these in-order for what you believe you can achieve by the end of month. They should be realistic. You Can take more help from your up-line as well.
Your plan should be at-least to achieve EA status every month by performing regular required daily, weekly and monthly actions or by set-up a standing order of at-least 1500 vp.
