There are ten goals listed in our GOALS tab. Two of which are related to PSA. Another two related to PRM. Four of which are related to gathering VP to get you into different position and rank. One is related to gift card distribution and the last is related to logging in daily.
All these ten goals are designed to help us to be successful in our SFI business. But we are not limited to these ten, we can add more like, monthly income and how many ECA's, what and how many items to win from Pricebenders, etc.
Whatever your goals are, you must put in mind that Goals must depend on you, your ability, capacity, resources and your efforts. Therefore you must:
1. Assess first your ability, capacity, resources, time and efforts that you want to give to attain your goal.
2. Set goal is a little bit above your capacity to make it more challenging.
3. Not set your goal too high that it become impossible for you to attain based on your ability, resources, etc. You will end up discouraged.
4. Not also set your goal below your capacity, its not challenging and will not give you sense of accomplishment.
5. Set your goal in such a way that is easy for you to monitor. Do not hesitate to adjust your goals.
