Very Simple, Tell your Psa's / Csa's that if they Don't focus on Duplication, Then there Sf-i's Business will not flourish and they will surely miss out the big benefits of Executive pool. You need to tell them that not duplicating is exactly the opposite of what they should be doing to build a successful business.
You must keep a keen eye on your Down-line and Guide them to Teach their down line team whole heartedly, by Every thing that they know and every thing your Sponsor and Up-line team leaders have thought you. This method of teaching is called Duplication.
Duplication is probably the most powerful tool available to each and every Sfi member, Regardless of Status they have (affiliate or a platinum team leader), All can benefit from Duplicating their Down line affiliates.
But Don't waste time on those who have become sceptics or pessimists. They will NOT work and not succeed in SFI or any other similar system, because They don't have the winner qualities.
So remember that,
Your Down lines (Psa / Csa) success in Sfi means your success and you need them to Duplicate their team then by time you and your Down-line will have a successful business in Sfi.
