Set your personal goals in SFI in such a way that it should prompt you to work hard everyday, instead of putting pressure on you to accomplish your goals. In short, don't set your goals 'Too big' or even 'Too small'.
While you set your goals, make sure it takes into consideration all the areas of SFI business, viz. Duplication, TripleClicks sales/purchases, PB auction, etc.
In my opinion, best option is to use SFI's tailor-made 'Goals' tab to set your goals. I always stick to this every month.
Only thing I can suggest is, when you set a list of goals for yourself, make sure you work seriously to achieve the same. Otherwise there is no point in setting goals.
