Share with them that duplication benefits everyone involved. It's more money for everyone, and upgrades their status as well as your own. I also have the same problem, but you and I both, we can't make the assign affiliates do the work. Guiding them and coaching them into a successful business is what's required as a leader. Once this is done, and the outcome hasn't changed, obviously they are not willing to succeed! Continue with your own success and don't drop your own level because of someone else's desire to fail.
