You can support your downline affiliates by giving them the necessary confidence that they are not alone, and they can achieve any goal they have set for themselves! With you as the Sponsor, guiding them alone a path of trust towards you, and confiding in you everything they would like to know about SFI! Giving them pointers on how you became sucessful with your business, and help to assure your affiliates can do the exact same thing. Financially, coach them into purchasing at least 1 Tcredit to start. Gradually, move them up the ladder with more Tcredits, and use them as a standing order to ensure EA status for each month going forward. Support comes in big and small packages. If your trust is gained by your affiliates, then the outcome will be excellent to say the least. Check with your affiliates periodically to see how they are progressing! Congratulate your affiliates for a job well done. This gives them more confidence in you and shows them you as their Sponsor, really care about their success! While giving this advice to help your downline, it also can help you as well. To your own advice, and work it with your affiliates, and the transformation will be wonderful!
