I don't think your downline should need convincing, to get a Standing Order! If they know the benefits of an SO, then they will want it,.. to help their business.
Personally, no one tried to convince me that I needed a SO (except what shows up on the Alerts page), when I looked into it and saw that it would help me and my business, I knew it was the right thing to do!
My suggestion would be to not try and convince anyone to do anything. If they want to succeed, they will find out what they need to do. Sure, a nudge in the right direction might be important but each person needs to find out what works for them.
