When recruiting, I always tell my prospective downline right from the start that its free to register but it takes a little bit of committment from them to maintain their earning potential from their second month of being in the business.
Encourage your downlines to read, get involve in the forum and a2a membership. When they do, they learn these truths from people who have succeeded and are still succeeding in the business.
There is no short cut. To grow in SFI or any business there must be an investment making period. You are their mentor/sponsor/upline in this business so you've got to lead them right.
