Excellent question. I've learnt in life that when you have, it is easy to give. However, if you don't have, how do one support another? The obvious answer is that you can't.
I feel you are in an excellent position. You don't have a choice as to approach your business the correct way. Learn and earn. Learn SFI and earn respect from your team by the advice you are able to provide them with. You will also earn an income from their efforts as they realized that they are not depended on you, but they are running individual business, but not alone.
So, how do you support them? Do send your team mails weekly. Do participate in Ask SC. Do use the Stream. Do your daily To-do-list as this will earn you the "Daily Versapoints Streak" badge which also give them an idea of your activity.
