I can relate to this because I'm also in the same situation.Allow me to explain.I joined SFI with one goal in mind,to generate extra income that would drastically change my life financially from what it is currently to what I want it to be.
Supporting your downline affiliates can be done in several way using the available resources that SFI has to offer.Firstly you need to lead by example.It's all well & good to tell your downlines what to do,but if they don't see you doing what you tell them it's going to be hard for them to trust your teachings as their team leader.
Support by teaching them to do the basics which are:
* Login to the Affiliate center daily,even if it's 1 hour per day.
* Complete daily & weekly actions on the To-do list.If they don't qualify for monthly actions yet let them know it's okay they can do them later.
Always put emphasis on the fact that SFI is a free business with unlimited resources at their disposal.When used correctly this will help them advance even if they have little money to invest into their business.
For any kind of business to flourish some form of investment,whether money or working extra hours is required.
