I firmly believe if you have the ability to help a Downline member financially that it could be a good idea. Im not sure I would just come out and give financial support instead I would have a contest with prizes similar to the E365 challange. The Top 3 Affiliate's in VP from sales earn a Gift Certificate. You can get creative and design the contest so its a Win-Win for all. Send out team updates every 2 or 3 days with status of the contest or post it on your leadership page.
Knowledge and encouragement are easy, just let your team members know you are there to help them and maybe send suggestion from time to time of Articles to read or information on SFI features.
