The other things you can do to support your affiliates are:
1. Learn what their goals are and help them devise a plan to attain them.
2. Connect with your team socially. Share your interests, hobbies, and dreams. Also
share interesting news, world events, and issues that you are passionate about.
3. Reward the workers with a very engaging e-book that will help them build their SFI business.
Too many affiliates despair because they feel like I can't afford to invest into SFI until I am earning commissions. This is a misconception and one that is deadly. You should think of all investment as an investment and accept the risks involved. I've been in SFI for many years and maintained TL status for many months. I started just like you and everyone else with no money, no team, and little time. I persevered and that is just what you must do and teach.
Finally, the best support is given by a clear cut strategy that will deliver results. No matter how much money you can invest if you stick with the basics you can't go wrong. Refer. Sponsor. Duplicate. Then take it one step further and help everyone else do the same thing. This is support and we all can and should do this.
