If a sponsor / Team leader is him / her self in poor financial condition then,
First guide your down line by duplicating them, soon you will find out those Psa's / Csa's who are willing to work seriously.
Contact them regularly and try to convince them for setting up a joint co-op of S-Builder with you. Those who are willing to share in your S-builder co-op, you should divide an equal share amongst them all.
Contact other up line members in your Psa's up line (Team Leaders). Try to get them on Supporting your shared Psa / csa,
(Your Psa would probably be his up line team leaders Csa).
Get them to share some spoils (Gift Cards, T-Credit Etc...)
