Frankly, I only submit entries indicating rewards I have received, with a comment to contact me if interested, due to being told by Facebook that some of the entries I have submitted was possibly "spamming". Facebook is too time consuming to my liking.
I have found LinkedIn is great, and you can submit information on your gifts, talents, skills and experience which will draw others to follow you.
