As we know that being EA2 is difficult than being EA,you should guide your affliates properly in that time.
In the second month of SFI,some funds will be required to become an EA2 which may test the patience of the affliates.
Your question can be seen in three cases.
case:1 (sponcer having no funds)
In this case,you just suggest the easy ways to become an EA2.I mean mail him/her some calculations which costs less money and boost up him/her with motivational quotes daily.
Tell him/her about about the benifits that he/she gains on being EA2.
case:2 (Affliate having no funds)
In this case,encourage the affliate by awarding him/her a Gift certificate of min 20$.Tell him/her how to use that 20$ to become an EA2.
Actually by to-do list,an afflite gets 497 vp.
So by awarding a GC,help him/her to generate the remaining vp.GC also helps to inculcate hope in the affliate towards SFI.
case:3 (both having no funds)
In this case,sponcer should follow some steps that are given below.
Soon after a person becomes your PSA,contact him/her and have some conversation to know that whether he/she is interested to invest any money in the 2nd month.
If he/she is not willing,then say him/her about the difficulties he/she may face in the 2nd month and ask him/her to reserve launch pad questions and some to-do list.
I mean tell them not to answer the launch-pad questions,but just read.
Tell them to enter in to the daily grand and T-hour drawings which earn them some free stuff.
Tell them to participate in wave3,which brings them free stuff monthly.
Send them a list of free advertisement sites and ask them to try it.
