Secondly is to answer any and all of their questions promptly. Never let a question go unanswered for more than 24 hours. also, whenever you get an SFI notice that one of your affiliates achieved something, send out a message congratulating them. Set up some sort of rewards program where you reward them for achievement such as obtaining EA status or better. reward them with affiliate assignments or TCredits. And always lead by example. Have yourself a business plan that works for YOU and then train your down line to duplicate your own success.
