It is all very nice to help one's affiliates if one has that capacity. However, I can tell one thing that I believe. I am a new one, only two months here. My sponsor has sent me some pre-written mails but nothing more. So it was me to help me and nobody else.
My understanding is that if one wants to succeed, he must depend on his/her own abilities. If one doesn't have money to become EA by buying products, then he/she should opt for other methods. Personally I subscribed to standing orders, including s-builder co-op but if someone can not do that, then he/she should continue as an affiliate and accumulate the most of the vp from the to-do list. And then one must rely on traffic exchanges to advertise link and gain psa. Even without being EA or TL, one can earn from psas.
Having said that, ofcourse if someone has the capacity or means, he/she can always help his/her psas with however he/she can.
