i think there are three ways to build the team spirit at SFI.
1.Fokus, Describe your business organization plans to team members, and doing follow-up on a regular basis. Follow-up is useful not only to know the progress of the work alone, but is also useful to remind them to stay focused on the goal early.
2.Confidence, Treat every member of the team with the same treatment. Wake up confidence in them and among themselves.
3.Be patient, When your team looks troubled and do not show significant results, then you have to be patient. Give it time and observe its development. After knowing the problem, you must act quickly to fix it.
