First and foremost, thank you for such an important question.
There isn't a universal answer you can give to every person, but there are some things you should definitely include in your answer. I usually start the conversation off with
the company's history and success rate. Don't put in too much numbers, because most people get scared of statistics. Try to talk to them with the utmost enthusiasm and explain to them how it was a great opportunity for you, and you took it. Tell them how easy it is to navigate the website and promote the products. You should talk them through at least 2-3 methods of moneymaking and just run through the rest. You'll see which one catches their interest most and focus on that.
Don't try to persuade people who aren't interested from the start. It's a waste of time and energy. Focus on the interested once, and try to navigate through the conversations with points of interest for the person you are talking to. Start with warm marketing and people you know, so you can get a handle on it. Practice with your friends and family for a bit if need be.
Try to make the conversation more interesting, but always be honest. Never make promises, speak only in opportunities and offer your help along the path. Never PROMISE you will do the work for your affiliates. They have to learn from you and you have to lead by example. I usually explain the basics, show them how to do them on my own laptop, give them a few minutes to try it by themselves - and then answer all their questions on the spot. I give them my e-mail address and phone number for further questions.
To do a resume :
1. Present basic info about the company (if they're hooked, go further, if not, leave it be.)
2. Show them the website.
3. Talk about different money-making ways.
4. Show them your profile and talk about how you got where you are.
5. Share your future plans (Only in general, don't reveal all of you ideas just now :)
6. If they agree, simply lead by example and encourage them to work hard (cheer for them in E365 and other events)
7. ALWAYS BE HONEST and don't forget about all the games SFI has to offer. Working can be fun, too. :)
