Then by all means you have to focus your ads for TC members first. Building your PSA team is important, but to remain EA every month without investing money you have to have at least 2 PRM sales every month. And if you do that, later on you will have even more VP when your PSA team becomes EA2 ;)
So focus on sales and TC members more in first few moths because when they buy something on tripleclicks you get all the VP for that sale :) and voila :D
