Here's what I say when I'm talking about SFI.
You can make up what you think's best for you to say.

If they don't want to join right then, but want to think about it, I say:
"That's okay, you can go on the website and join anytime, but I am here to answer questions now and it is free to join."
If they still say not now, I say:
"I'll come back/call on (pick two days & times) to talk with you again. Which will be a good time for you?"
Now make sure to keep that appointment.
