Being broke at the beginning is not even a bad thing, because it can be the strongest motive for you to keep going straight to the success and finally stop being broke. Good news is, it is not hard to make it in SFI. You'll understand that more and more along the way, because SFI gives you so many opportunities to advance and improve your business.
For becoming EA be sure to do all your tasks from To-Do List. All these tasks bring more than enough VersaPoints for reaching that title. Log in daily and collect daily, weekly and monthly points. Read the launchpad. By reading it you can learn so many things, and when you answer correctly to a question at the bottom of page, you get 15 VP. Explore the site. This site is literally our online office. In it you can find anything you need, answers to every question you might have, and support of all fellow affiliates. I'm sure you will make EA this month if you are willing to make it. And after you make it, be sure to start building your team, because that way success will come much sooner.
