If I understand you're question correctly, you are trying to find the best marketing tool within SFI to reach unemployed or under-employed young persons...
If this is correct, the BEST tool out there is the TripleClicks gift card... it gives them $12 to spend on T-Credits - they can get 6 T-Credits AND explore the site... they ALSO get 612 VersaPoints for those 6 T-Credits.
Along with all the action points you can get your first month, they can easily make EA. Then, I would explain that if they are able to get 6 other people to try it as well - and purchase SIX T-Credits for $11.34, then the commission your new affiliate would earn from those purchases is $20.88, which would allow them to purchase 10 T-Credits for $18.90 in their second month - NOW THEY ARE EA2 (with the month 2 action points).
Find another 6 people to purchase the 6 T-Credits in their second month and they continue to build their business and PSA's. And remember, because you gave them the gift card to start - they didn't spend anything from their own pocket to get going!
