Well, it's quite normal face negativity when we work with people. That's the thing shouldn't you worry about. Generally, you should avoid negative people. Not just in the business.
Negative people will always stay negative. No matter how much effort you will do to steer them on the right path and no matter how much positive you are, they will always find a new way to stay focused on negativity.
If you stuck with them, you're on the best way to become a negative person like them.
Don't even bother trying to convince them that SFI is great company, stay away from them and do not reply to their negativity comments.
If you start to reply and try to explain, you will fall in their trap and it's going to be very difficult for you to get out of that trap.
Just think about the time ... How much time you are going to lose bothering yourself with those negative people?
Instead, simply ignore them and steer your focus on positive people who really want to work and might actually need your help.
They will be more than happy to have you as a Team Leader and will follow your lead all the way on the road to success.
