For me the Alertpay/Payza seems to be the best before the problem. In the absence of that, I will suggest TripleClicks/Payoneer Card. Since you can withdraw from any ATM across the country. But the only snag is; How do I load the card to meet up with monthly transactions apart from the commission that goes into the account every month. So I will recommend Websurfer Card(MasterCard)issued by Zenith Bank Plc. It is accepted by Tripleclicks, I have equally used it for my Standing Order and for other purchases at tripleclicks store. To load the card is very easy, it can be done at any of their branches across the country. So the two can be combined, that is Triple clicks /payoneer Mastercard and websurfer mastercard.
