Most important when you receive emails that members have accepted your request. Make sure to log in and reply to them. At the bottom left click friends then send them a friendly welcome.
My Tip. I keep a note of the last member I replied to. This way I know who I have and who I have not replied to. I get lots of requests plus I send a lot of requests.
Make sure to read all your Launch pad emails. Participate daily with the 2 do list and you are on your way.
