My own learning is still ongoing after 8 months as I do go back over the training pages, both launchpad and Basics on occasions as well as the other sources of information as they are all excellent resources to learn about internet marketing.
It is how I am though but I have no doubt that many would be able to spend a short time at the keyboard for say daily tasks and some advertising and some learning. Even saying that quickly it means about 1 to 2 hours as recruiting and sponsoring takes time communicating what has been learned so the team benefits from one's own learning.
In practice as many hours as it takes to get to a point where a routine is in place which is productive in terms of recruiting and advertising. It would be unrealistic to expect money to be throwing itself at you if you only turned up to work for an hour and expected a weeks wages so as we are our own bosses the answer to the question is am I doing enough hours to make this work well for me? If not how can I make adjustments to improve use of time and resources.
