I think you will have to give new affiliates something to work towards other than
their goals, give them some kind of incentive.

1 Give an affiliate some T-credits when they reach EA.

2 Give them more incentive by showing them what you do and what makes you successful
I.E. Duplication.

3 Show your affiliate ways of entering competitions where they could win VersaPoints, T-Credits and other important prizes that could advance them.
