There is no yardstick for this to judge.In my opinion, minimum one hour a day or seven hours a week is must to become successful at SFI. Again i would say that it will depend upon individual to individual and circumstances that how many hours are sufficient to achieve your goal.Given the situation that you can't afford more than one hour a day, you have to prioritize the activities to be done on daily basis and divide your daily and weekly actions to the time you have in hand.

Remember "Quality of time devoted is better than Quantity of time." Finally you are the better judge of your resources.So utilize your resources as the situation permits.
