SFI is a business, not a paid-by-the-hour job. I say that because there is no merit in how much quantity of time you sit with your computer, but what you do during your time with YOUR business.
Here is my simple answer for you regarding your time: put enough time into your business that you accomplish your goals for that day. The problem isn't that people don't have enough time, it is that people haven't properly developed a goal; therefore, they spend hours before a computer screen and feel as though they've wasted time - well, they have.
Devise a plan and spend as much time, daily, as necessary, in order to develop this plan.
