In my opinion, the number of hours anyone needs to spend in SFI to be more successful depends on the amount of experience or knowledge you have prior to joining SFI. Let me explain it as follows:
1.) If you are an “IT” (information technology) type of guy who is equipped with technical knowledge and expertise in creating HTML codes, embedding banners from website to website, etc., you just have to devote more time in the sales and marketing aspects of SFI. You have already the right tools in expediting your learning curve in SFI.
2.) If you are an experienced marketing type of person and you don’t have much of IT knowledge, you have to devote more time in the IT area.
3.) If you have fall in both items 1 & 2 qualifications above, you just need to familiarize yourself with the SFI platform, its admin policies and its updated information being furnished on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Less time is required of you in both technical and marketing aspects of the SFI business since you have them already. All you have to do is to adjust. You already have the “know-how”.
4.) If you are a newbie in all of the above mentioned qualifications but you have good educational attainment in other areas of expertise or disciplines, you might just have to learn the technical, sales and marketing aspects of the business. It would not be too difficult for you to adjust since you have good background in other areas. You can just apply some of your experiences in SFI business applications. You are already equipped with the right mind, right tools and right attitude.
5.) If you are a newbie in all of the above mentioned qualifications and you don’t have much educational qualifications, more time is required of you in all areas of SFI business, i.e., technical, sales, marketing, admin functions, etc. You just have to double up your time in catching up with the pace of progress within SFI. This is where your time, patience, perseverance and all other virtues are required to become successful. In my own opinion and observations, the role of “passion” in this scenario is very much needed to augment what you don’t have acquired prior to joining SFI. Passion and dedication might outdo the technical and marketing expertise. For me, passion is an important ingredient to become successful in anything you do or anything that you dream of.
I hope my answers above enlighten everyone’s mind on how many hours are required to devote in SFI to become successful.
