Properly, you should balance finding new bodies with helping the one that you have. Your focus should be on building a team. That means working with your new people, and helping them. Answer their questions, and offer assistance. As they grow and mature, offer to help them to help their downline.
Sponsoring additional bodies is something that you should be doing as you have time available to really look after the noobs. Mass recruiting has never worked, and never will. Failure for both the recruiter and the recruitee is almost assured. Don't do it. Take your time, and make sure that you can look after your new recruits.
