I would say at least an hour a day, but it all boils down to you personally. For more than half of SFI affiliates, it is part time, some people are even so busy that they can't keep up with daily logging. This is what I believe, just because it is an online business does not make it different from any brick and mortar business, it is the same.
The number of hours you can put in depends on your schedule. Really, the more time you put in, the better for your business.
If you are new, you will definitely need that 1 hour and more because there is so much you will have to learn. As you get to learn the business you can fit it around your schedule, bearing in mind that you will definitely have to invest time.
