Quality is more important than quantity. It is better to have 5 active team leaders than to have 1,000 inactive affiliates.

If you have active affiliates, you need to work with them so they can learn to duplicate your actions.

However, there are so many inactive affiliates, you need to keep sponsoring more and more of them to find the gems.

You should focus on making your gems shine, but you should also continue to look for more. This is how your income will grow over time. :)
