if you already have an active down-line there's always the "Re-Assignment" tool, so keep them coming.
Have a quality personal page created solely for SFI with the idea of recruiting new affiliates, these new sign ups are usually better equipped for it and willing to work on their own success.
To just get affiliates for the #'s, you can use any co-op builder, yet to me this still has to be a proven success not just for a few in that co-op.
