First, "sponsoring fewer..." is almost insane. You do not control other peoples' lives. If you want more people to come into SFIMG/TC you MUST advertise constantly.
Second, "coaching" is the main thing you DO have control over. Start with developing a friendship foremost in your mind and try to give something of value with each contact with your down line. Avoid loading up your PSA with 25 "major" points at a time. Keep it Simple and Sweet. And always thank them for "being on my team."
