There is a saying, it goes like this, not verbatim: "A Leader never sends his troops to places he has never been"
The Leaders in SFI encourages us to have 5 active PSA's on our team, how I understand that is at any given time, 5 PSA's should be duplicating and supporting their own team; but because as human beings we have a tendency to lose focus,(some will stay and some will not) you will therefore find that pursuing new and active PSA's is constant.
So I believe that to have 5 productive PSA's at all times on your team will require you to be actively seeking to sponsor new affiliates.
