I believe it is best to try to keep getting new affiliates but also help any who ask for help. I try to reassign some of my new affiliates to the ones that are making a good effort to get their business off the ground. This helps them and myself because if they are not getting referrals on their own it builds them up. And I still benefit from the ones I reassign plus it gives me more time to help anyone who needs it. I hope this is helpful.
