The answer to your question does not either lie on the quantity or generation of PSAs to coach and train. The answer depends upon the capability of a person to lead.
Leadership is not an easy job. You can not simply put people together as easy as putting apples in a basket. A effective team needs cooperative people and a talented team leader. Everyone has the potential to be a leader. You may be an effective team leader now but there may be someone in your downline that is more effective one than you are. We really can not tell not until we prove who would be able to gain more friends, influence other people on a team. You might have 3 Personal Sponsor Affiliates, but your Personal Sponsor Affiliates has more PSAs than you are. I hope you be able to follow what I meant why I answered your question based on the quality of leadership.
There is actually an art of how to build a successful team. I am a Bronze Team Leader now and have not found the right persons to work with. Why? Not all affiliates that join SFI Affiliates is capable of having a Standing Order. The Standing Order seems to be a jinks to others and one more thing, our rank returns to an affiliates every start of the month, that turns there interest to continue. Some does not want to that the risks of spending since their purpose for joining is to earn not to spend.
The reason why I pointed these to you is to enlighten you that to have an effective team, your group must have one goal "to successful", everyone in your group including yourself has the eagerness to learn, got willingness to share what has learned, share the glory and accept the blame on ourselves, be involved and stay involved (actively participate on every project), consider your team mates like a family and be a mentor to anyone in your group.
Ones you have established this, the quantity is not a problem.
