Its actually the quality not the quantity which matters here, and almost every where.
No doubt you must spread the word as far as possible to every knock and corner of your limits, but at the same time with no compromise on Quality...
Dozens of your new affiliates may be added to your down-line every hour, but if none of them is active, and is not serious about the business, its of no value. This may distract you too much from your goals.
Try to get a few Affiliates (5-10 will be enough), who pursue this business like you, dedicated, serious and committed ones. They must be as industrious as you.
They MUST be the "TOP GUNS". They will provide you with the thrust required to drive your business to any limit, within no time.
This way you'll be able to manage your team in a better fashion with strong mutual bonds.
No communication gaps, distance, and time constraints will be there.
You'll know all of your team members personally, have access to their goals, progress etc. and will be able to give them some quality time.
If you could able to have a such a team, you are almost done....
