It is far better to sponsor fewer PSAs and teach them how to build than to just to recruit 1000 affiliates per day. Out of a 1000 you can expect 2% of less to catch on. But if you recruit 20 then teach them how to recruit 20 then you are on your way to financial freedom. While it is only a matter of preference to how large of an organization any affiliate might hope to achieve, it rather a fact that without duplication your business is going to reach a certain level and stagnate.
Why? No one can be in more than one place at one time and we all are limited to the amount of sales that can be created individually. So the massive recruiting model may seem appealing to many at first. However you will soon realize that in order to sustain the level of performance required to be Platinum Team leader, you are going to have to get downward momentum in your network instead of lateral momentum.
Essentially, it is a matter of basic math. Which would you rather have? The rewards of your own individual work or those that are multiplied across 12 generations. Any school boy/girl knows that 10 people can sale more than 1. Notwithstanding, in the absence of proper coaching and guidance; 1 active affiliate will outsell 1,000,000 inactive affiliates any day! The truth be told those affiliates who have recruited 1000s of affiliates without training them are on a dead end street that leads to no where. It's just not mathematically possible to sustain the kind of numbers necessary to achieve Platinum team leader with proper guidance. Moreover we all are limited; therefore, it's problematic to provide top notch support to your entire team when it's too big to manage effectively.
Consequentially, sponsoring fewer PSAs with proper guidance and support will sustain the necessary requirement to make Platinum for years to come. Your organization becomes an unstoppable force that generate sales like a fortune 500 franchise. Soon it will be self sustaining and not even require you to recruit or sale. Now that's a milestone that you can proud of.
