So you focus on the go getter's, the self motivators. You develop a relationship with them, keep in constant communication with them and teach them to duplicate yourself.
Try not to take to many all at once, otherwise you will just be spinning your wheels.
Tackle your top 3 affiliates, work with them and teach them how to be self motivator as yourself. Then move on to the next 3, but don't loose track of the first 3. Keep in touch and give them recognition and praise publicly every chance you get, without overdoing it.
Work in small groups of 3 and sponsor as many new affiliates as you go and that my friend should raise you to superstardom in no time at all.
