The solution to the problem depends on what goal you have set for your SFI business -as for mine, i wouldn't settle for less.
I would answer your question by sharing with you what i do.
#1. I recruit quality members who have interest in online marketing, have the time and good internet connection.
#2. I coach alongside sponsoring. Immediately i receive a notification message from SFI for a newly sponsored affiliate i send them my self prepared "SFI GUIDE" and refer them to my facebook group page which already contained enough files to get started. (search for "internet forum from beginner to pro -SFI GUIDE" on facebook)
#3. My welcome greeting for new affiliates already contained a warning message that SFI is not a get-rich quick program and charges determined members who insisted on continuing to send me a message on my email. -that way i don't waste my precious time on nonchalant PSA's.
I think that helps, and always that whatever decision you take describe how your goals are achieved.
