this is continuous process you need to do both actions in the same time. In case you succeeded to sponsor a few of them ,you can never be sure will they at least maintain their EA2 rank or they might start well but after a few month they can simply abandon sfi for unknown reason. You need to do parallel process ,provide solid team support to each affiliate present in your downline + constantly advertise and try to add new members to your current team.
Naturally you will concentrate more energy to help new sign ups ,to teach them duplication process because quality is more important than quantity ,you should never leave your downline without support.Entire process demand lot of patience and energy to spend but that’s necessary to do it and on the right way for your business.
