Well I guess the first thing is don't rush, you need to know what you are talking about when your down line asks questions. You need to build a firm foundation like any other business, that needs to be regular sales, either to PSAs, yourself or non-affiliate sales, enough to reach EA every month.
Once you can achieve that you can collect CSAs which help with you profitability
Next yuou must teach your PSAs to do the same as you have done, the only way to large profitability is to duplicate, there is no practical way to look after 100 PSAs yourself, there is not enough time, you need a few PSAs each with their own team
You goal is to reach BTL where you start to earn point from 2nd, 3rd, 4th..... level affiliates. Then just keep re-investing in a balanced team.
