It is important for you to understand that the moment you decide to become a sponsor of a PSA you are assuming the role of a LEADER.Hence there will be expectations about you from your PSA,even if you are also new to SFI. Hence you are not expected to give an excuse that you are new to SFI&that will have a considerable impact in their future dealings with you.The Moral of the story is that you need to prepare yourself to be a leader through lot of groundwork before you start sponsoring PSA's.If you are not still ready, postpone your sponsoring for a limited time&prepare yourself at the earliest.

Having said that i am not saying that you are expected to have answers for all the
doubts the affiliates have.You should be confident to handle all doubts pertaining to level up to which you have grown&immediate next level,as without knowing answers for that you wouldn't have grown to whatever level you have grown&the next level for which you are planning to grow.Also in cases you are not able to clarify fully,you should atleast be in a position to direct them to relvant&specific resource&not give them some general answers like" you will get it in SFI training resources" etc.Also it is not necessary you need to answer all&sundry doubts which may not be relevant for the affiliate for some time to come.Politely communicate that what he is asking for is not
of relevance to him at that point of time.

Clearly map the areas PSA needs to focus at that point of time ,communicate to him& prepare your best for that.As the affiliates grow ,you would have grown&should be fully prepared to handle matters relevant to that level.Pro-actively anticipate the likely
Queries from the affiliates&prepare yourself and grow your knowledge by recalling your experience,going through SFI& referring your Upline.

LEADERSHIP IS A RESPONSIBILITY,PREPARE YOURSELF FOR IT FROM THE BEGINNING&SHOULDER IT WHEN YOU ARE READY FOR IT.
